To whom this may concern
We have all heard the news regarding “Brexit” and the possible no deal situation. Therefore, from Topdental we want to share our latest plans with you and assure you we will still be able to continue with business as normal and supply you with great products at fantastic prices.
Over the past months we have begun planning and implementing a strategy with our supply chain and notified body in order to mitigate any issues or delays that could be raised by Brexit. In order to alleviate our customer’s potential concerns, we have put into place the following steps:
- We have made a significant increase in investment of our stock levels of manufacturing components in order to continue to manufacture and supply our goods in a timely fashion.
- Been in constant communication with our key suppliers to be able to better understand their full supply chain and any issues that could possibly be associated with it.
- Formed an in house team here at Topdental in order to ensure any concerns from customers or potential customers are dealt with rapidly and professionally.
While we do not currently expect any major issues or delays, we do advise that customers consider increasing their stock holdings of essential products to ensure all risks regarding potential transport issues are minimised.
The situation will continue to evolve over the coming months but please do be assured that we will endeavour to communicate with and support our worldwide customer base as regularly as possible.
If you have any questions or concerns related to Brexit, please contact your local Topdental representative or use the contact form below and one of our team will be sure to handle your request as soon as possible.
Tilinanu Orphanage is the heart and soul of the charity Love Support Unite that was setup by British sisters Alice and Nina Pulford. The idea behind the Orphanage based in Lilongwe, Malawi and was to provide a safe space for vulnerable local girls to be loved and cared for if they had lost their parents or if their parents could no longer care for them.
Topdental were contacted by Jane Schofield from Hall Street Dental Practice and informed that a team from Hall Street were embarking upon a visit to Malawi in order to provide much needed dental care to the remote areas around Lilongwe.
All the travellers in the group are 100% self funded meaning all sponsorship money they raised will pay for much needed dental equipment for the area.
Topdental were more than happy to support this great cause by donating a selection of our products including disinfection wet wipes, patient bibs, instrument trays, magnifying glasses and much more.
We would like to wish everyone involved in the trip the very best of luck and please know that you have the support of every member of Topdental in this meaningful and worthwhile cause.
We will be sure to share more information and images from the trip with you as soon as we can.

Topdental are pleased to announce the launch of our re formulated Daily Aspirator Disinfectant and Cleaner Solution.
We have listened closely to our customer feedback and increased both the usability and performance of this “core range” product while reducing the hazards associated with handling.
Aspirator/Suction systems become contaminated with organic matter and debris during the course of treatment, this can easily build up over time if efficient care and decontamination does not take place. In order to reduce the risk of infection for patients it is important that cleaning and disinfection take place regularly. It is recommended that they are cleaned/disinfected on a daily basis.
The suction lines are continually exposed to pathogenic and soil build up that not only presents a major hazard to dental staff and patients but also the functionality of the suction system. The cleanliness and disinfection of the aspirator/suction system should therefore take place frequently – at least once a day after surgery ends. The choice of disinfecting product should therefore be limited to biocidal chemicals, which are compatible with the system. For instance, chlorine based disinfectants will inevitably cause corrosion of aspirator systems.
Don’t worry, the NEW Bossklein Daily Aspirator disinfectant and cleaner is still available in the 1 litre dispensing bottle and also the 5 litre refill container. The concentrated solution is non-corrosive and non-hazardous when diluted to the economical 2% dosage required and possesses excellent material compatibility. The revamped formulation is Aldehyde, Chlorine and Phenol free and also has an intense non-foaming, cleaning and disinfecting action. Paired with an industry leading effective spectrum which now includes Bacteria, Yeast, Fungi, TB and Viruses including Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV and a minimum contact time of only 15 minutes, the NEW Bossklein Daily Aspirator disinfectant and cleaner solution is winning in the fight against infection.
