DirectaDentalGroup brings together a portfolio of dental businesses operating across different areas of dentistry. The group includes companies involved in dental materials, instruments, equipment, consumables and dental infection control, with operations and partnerships spanning international markets.
Topdental Products Ltd is the group’s UK-based infection control and hygiene specialist. Since 2001, we have developed, manufactured and supplied products designed specifically for the dental sector, including our Bossklein range of disinfectant wipes, surface disinfectants, instrument disinfectants and cleaning solutions.
Our focus is simple: providing effective and practical dental infection control solutions that help dental professionals maintain high standards of hygiene throughout their clinical environment.

Spotlight on Parkell Europe
Parkell Europe AB is a European dental equipment and materials supplier based in Sweden. It is the European branch of Parkell Inc, the US dental company that has been developing dental materials and equipment since 1948.
Parkell has built a strong reputation for products designed around practical clinical needs, with its European portfolio including dental materials, diagnostic equipment and other specialist products.
A well loved product portfolio
Among its portfolio are products such as Digitest® 3, a pulp vitality tester; Predicta® Bioactive products; Blu-Mousse® occlusal registration VPS; Accufilm® articulating films; and Dryz® Gingival Retraction Paste. The range also includes restorative materials, dispensing equipment and ultrasonic scaler inserts.
For us at Topdental, the connection is particularly relevant because the clinical workflow doesn’t stop when a dental material, instrument or piece of equipment has been used.
Supporting the procedure
Effective dental infection control is an important part of maintaining a safe and hygienic dental environment. This means considering the surfaces, equipment and instruments involved throughout the clinical workflow. This includes what happens after a procedure has been completed.

Our instrument cleaning and disinfection products can also form part of the workflow for reusable dental instruments, where appropriate and in accordance with the relevant product instructions for use and equipment manufacturer’s guidance.
The result is a complementary approach: Parkell provides high quality dental materials and equipment to support the clinical procedure. Bossklein provides specialised dental infection control solutions to help support the hygiene processes surrounding it.
