Consistency

All infection control solutions are blended using exact recipes and ultimate control is provided with detailed mix sheets.

Recording individual chemical names, internal reference codes, exact quantities and providing easy to follow instructions.

This ensures the end results meet the same high standards every time.

Storage

Solutions are stored in designated areas within large 1000 litre IBCs.

To minimise risks associated with spillage or leaks, dedicated areas and groupings are given to specific hazard classification.

Management of these storage locations is key to ensuring batch accuracy and efficient usage.

Water Quality

Water (or H2O) forms an integral part of almost all Topdental’s infection control products, that’s why the decision to make a significant investment in the highest possible water quality was taken.

Topdental ensures only the highest quality of water enters our production line. Each millilitre of water is pre-treated by UV to remove any contaminants to leave only pure, de ionised and contamination free water.

This is just one of the extra steps that sets Topdental’s infection control products apart from competitors.

Technical Specification

Formulation blends are pre planned to exacting specifications and schedules, ensuring blended solutions do not sit for extended periods before being converted into finished infection control products and despatched to customers – maximising shelf lives for the end user.

Real Records

Testing and recording of all batches are a necessity not only to comply with medical device regulations but also for total infection control product confidence.

Samples are taken and retained for all finished solutions. Tests are completed within Topdental’s in house laboratory for pH levels, percentage of active components, correct appearance, solids, and aroma, amongst many other things.
